Purchase Registration

Dispatch times may vary according to availability of courier service.The purchaser will not hold Ivy Sands responsible for any costs incurred due to shipping delays.

If the purchaser enters an incorrect shipping address at the checkout, any additional costs incurred to deliver the goods to the purchaser will be at the customers expense.

Limitation of Liability
Following receipt of goods, the purchaser will assume all liability and responsibility for the installation, use and care of goods purchased. Refer to FAQ’s on our website for care product instructions.

Ivy Sands make efforts to accurately describe and display the attributes of each product. Many of our products are hand crafted or hand made, therefore you should expect slight variations in colour, pattern, texture, size and finish.When purchasing goods from our website, the purchaser accepts these variations may be present in their purchase.

Return Policy
Ivy Sands DO NOT refund for change of mind.If a product is deemed faulty or defective in any way, you will be offered an exchange or refund. To make a claim please email hello@ivysands.com.au with photos and details of your claim. All claims will need to be approved by Ivy Sands prior to products being returned. Ivy Sands abide by Australian Consumer Law.
