Delivery & Dispatch Policy
Items purchased on our website www.ivysands.com.au can only be delivered Australia Wide.
We do not offer postage to countries outside Australia at this time.
Ivy Sands will take special care when packing your items for dispatch to ensure that they are well protected whilst being transported. Any damage to products needs to be reported immediately via email to hello@ivysands.com.au. Please take and attach photos of any damage to packaging and/or your item so that we can address any issues with the delivery provider.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
In stock items will be dispatched on the next business day where possible. We expect your items to take between 2 – 10 business days to arrive at your nominated delivery address in Australia.
DELIVERY TRACKING
Parcel tracking is available through our delivery service providers.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our preferred shipping company for parcels is Australia Post.
